What partners ask first.
Will you end up taking my client?+–
We can't. Sourcing, placement and recruiting are not in our service list, so there is nothing for us to compete with you on. Any new work with a client you introduced is discussed through you, not around you.
Do I have to sell anything?+–
No. One intro. We run the conversation with the client and everything after it. Join the first call if you want to.
What does it cost my client?+–
We quote the client directly, based on the role. Once you join, we share current pricing with you, so you can see what your share looks like before you make an intro.
When does an intro count as mine?+–
When we confirm in writing that the company is new to us. If they are already talking to us, or another partner registered them first, we tell you before we contact them.
What exactly is the 10% calculated on?+–
Payments we actually receive from the client you introduced, during their first 12 months with us. The details are set in a short partner agreement we sign before the first payout.
Can the terms change?+–
We may update the program over time. An intro we have already confirmed keeps the terms it was registered under.
Can I resell the interviews under my own brand?+–
Not within this program. If that is what you need, write to us and we will talk it through.
